The product called “glitterpowder” and it has a history of more than 100 years in the world. It was produced in China from 1990s. Glitter powder has always been the most important decorative auxiliary material for Christmas craft gifts. Next,I will introduce the entire production process of glitter powder. The production process of glitter powder is divided into electroplating, coating, slitting, cutting, and sieving. First of all, the domestically produced high-transparency and low-fog PET transparent film is used for electroplating. It is aluminized into an electroplated film under high vacuum, and then the aluminized film is sent to our coating workshop. The coating workshop is the most important part of the entire glitter powder production process. The brightness, UV resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and solvent resistance of the product are all completed here.After the coating is completed, we will send it to the slitting workshop to cut the large-particle film into suitable small-particle films. Then we will send the film to the powder cutting workshop. The powder cutting workshop uses the fourth-generation powder cutting machine developed by the powder cutting workshop, which has higher stability and better cut regularity.After the powder cutting is completed, we will send the product to our powder screening workshop. The powder screening workshop is divided into manual powder screening and machine powder screening, and finally the powder is removed. After sifting the powder, our quality control department will come in to inspect the chemical properties of the product. If the product passes the inspection, it will be packaged and sent to our finished product warehouse.
